Rules for using Chabka free and paid game hosting. Last updated July 11, 2026.
2. Service description
Chabka provides free and paid SA:MP and MTA game server hosting. Free plans include daily uptime limits and may require ad renewals. Paid plans follow the specs shown at checkout. Features may change as we improve the platform.
3. Network & infrastructure
Servers run in BV DataCenter facilities in Germany · Frankfurt. Traffic is protected by PletX AntiDDoS on all plans. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, but we work with these partners to keep nodes reachable and attack traffic filtered at the edge.
You may not attempt to bypass, stress-test, or abuse PletX mitigation, BV DataCenter connectivity, or Chabka allocations. Coordinated floods against third parties from our IPs are prohibited.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Chabka to host illegal content, malware, phishing, spam, scrapers that violate third-party terms, or services that attack other networks. Game servers must stay within fair resource use. We may suspend or delete servers that harm the platform or other users.
5. Accounts & Discord
Access is tied to your Discord login. Keep your Discord account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including panel actions and files you upload.
6. Free tier & data
Free servers that stay offline too long or exhaust renewals may be suspended and permanently removed. Back up important files. We are not liable for data loss on free or paid plans; keep your own copies of gamemodes and databases.
7. Payments
Paid plans are billed as shown at checkout. Failed or disputed payments may pause or cancel the related server. Refunds, if any, follow the policy stated at purchase or support reply.
8. Limitation of liability
Chabka, BV DataCenter, and PletX partners provide infrastructure “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost revenue, players, or data arising from downtime, attacks, or deletions under these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms. Material updates will be reflected by the date on this page.
